Character Design Development

 I have made quite a bit of progress with my characters and where they live.

  At first glace, you'd think he was he was a villain, however that is not the case. He's an infamous gunslinger, known to be one of the greatest duellists of all time. He uses six of his legs to hold revolvers and often smokes a cigar in his fangs. He's normally seen loitering in and around The Nest Saloon. His name is Hairy Harry Graves, a name that is feared by most. Before he was a famed gunslinger, he was a lawbug. The law recruit a lot of spiders because they are able to catch outlaws in webs. 

Itchy Ira Delaney, the main character, and his gang have terrorized the desert for years. He is a cold-hearted killer who'd do anything for money. Ira famously robbed Flower Pot Bank 1882 and was also the bug that killed the great Eli "The Pincher" Briggs. Ira is a lot of things; he's cruel, bloodthirsty and extremely irritating but he isn't selfish. Most of the money he steals goes to his family, especially his children. Ira's sister, Bloody Bonnie Delaney, used to ride in his gang. However, whilst she was sucking the blood from a dead store clerk, the law found her, tied her up in a spiders web and sentenced her to death. The spider who tied her up and killed her was Hairy Harry! So, after finally finding Harry in The Nest Saloon, he challenges the spider to a duel, a duel he loses. 

The sheriff of Little Leaf is called Sheriff Jeremiah Wigley. He isn't a very good sheriff, mainly because he's a worm and they're blind. Unfortunately, he's the reason why crime in Little Leaf has increased so rapidly over the past few years. If it wasn't for Wigley's two deputies, Dexter and Wade the weevil twins, the town would be a complete mess. Wigley cares a lot about his town and will always try his best to protect it. He isn't respected by a lot of Little Leaf's residents though. The town was built by ants in 1877; the ants that live there now believe it's time one of their own had a go at being sheriff. Little Leaf's law fear that there might be revolt soon. 

In this story, the main character is the villain. You follow Ira's story, strangely routing for him and hoping he avenges his sister. However, he loses the duel.
